Yachts Industries is making a stir in 2008 with the launch of two Blubay 95’ catamarans several months apart. In effect, this is the first time that a shipyard has launched two catamarans of this size.
The first sea trials which took place in July exceeded all expectations, as the sailing performance of the Blubay 95’ is so amazing: over 13.5 knots for winds speeds of between 16 and 17 knots. This first Blubay 95’ has also reached the speed of 14 knots using the engine. Therefore, the design of the hulls is an undeniable success.
These two catamarans are very different in design terms. The first is a veritable floating hotel. Onboard this yacht, everything is designed to delight charter passengers. With a jacuzzi on the flybridge, Tender Lift, and a state-of-the-art video and audio system, the maximum comfort is attained.
As for the second catamaran, the first priority was to meet the requirements of a demanding owner and his close friends and family. This is a yacht mainly for private use. Each cabin has thus been conceived according to the requirements of each person, guest or crew member.
